This September 2011, the 16th Annual Plum Creek Children’s Literacy Festival at Concordia University, Nebraska hosted authors and illustrators, Brian Pinkney, Grace Lin, Barbara Robinson, Eileen Christelow, Bill Harley, Roland Smith and me!
9th Grade Students at Delsea High School in New Jersey raised over $1000 to benefit the children at the SOS Orphanage in Hanoi, Vietnam.

City Green has been transformed into a full stage production at the Stagebridge Theatre in Oakland, CA, with plans to take the play nationwide!
City Green was featured as part of the “Storybook Playhouses” exhibit at the Dallas Arboretum. Each playhouse was designed by a different architecture firm to promote literacy. A video is included, showing how they built the playhouse!
